We’re excited to have you join the Palmetto Print & Ship team! This onboarding page is designed to give you a clear, confident start and answer many of the questions you may have in your first days with us.

While each location serves its local community, all stores operate under the same standards, expectations, and commitment to excellent customer service.

Our Mission & Culture

At Palmetto Print & Ship, our goal is simple:

Take care of the customer—every time.

Many of our customers rely on us for services they can’t easily do on their own. Patience, kindness, accuracy, and clear communication are not optional—they’re part of who we are.

Training Location & Expectations

📍 Primary Training Location: Loris Print & Ship

Most training takes place in Loris because it is our busiest and fastest-paced store. This allows new hires to:

  • Learn tasks closer together

  • Get hands-on experience quickly

  • Retain information more effectively​

Your First Week Checklist

Please make sure the following are completed during your first week:

  • Complete all required paperwork

  • Review the Employee Handbook

  • Review training materials and procedures

  • Learn clock-in and scheduling expectations

  • Review dress code and appearance guidelines

  • Ask questions—early and often
