What You'll Need
To complete a notary service, all signers must be present and must bring:
A valid, government-issued photo ID(Driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID)
The document(s) to be notarized
Any additional signers required on the document
⚠️ Expired IDs cannot be accepted.

Please note the following to help your visit go smoothly:
Do NOT sign your document ahead of time (Documents must be signed in the presence of the notary.)
Make sure your document is complete (No blank spaces unless allowed by law.)
If witnesses are required, please bring them with you (Unless otherwise stated by the location.)

Notary fees are based on state regulations
Additional service fees may apply depending on the document
Wait times vary depending on store traffic and staff availability

Our notaries reserve the right to refuse service if:
Proper identification is not provided
The signer is not present
The document appears incomplete or altered
The signer does not understand the document
The notary is uncomfortable proceeding under legal guidelines
This protects both the customer and the notary.
