An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".

FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
Where can I add my FAQs?
FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
What are your hours?
Mullins store hours are Monday - Friday from 9:30 pm until 5:30 pm
Loris store hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm
Socastee store hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm
How long does custom printing take?
Most custom orders are ready within 5–10 business days. If you need your items sooner, we offer a $30 rush fee to help prioritize your order and aim for faster completion. While we’ll always do our best, please note that exact turnaround times can’t be guaranteed.
What are your shipping cut-off times?
Our daily pick-up times vary by location:
• Mullins: USPS — 9:30 AM, FedEx — 3:00 PM, UPS — 4:00 PM
• Loris: USPS — 12:00 PM, FedEx — 3:00 PM, UPS — 3:00 PM
• Socastee: Coming soon!
To ensure your package ships the same day, please drop it off at least 30 minutes before the listed pick-up time.”
